My passion for real estate began in 2002, when half way through the process of building our family's
custom home, I took over as general contractor. In the months following, I spent endless hours
perfecting the details, design, and decor. That whirlwind of a process led me into property management,
both commercial and residential, and then eventually acquiring my first real estate investment property.
In between those ventures, I developed careers in finance, electronic payments, and then eventually
wedding planning. While coordinating at popular venues in the Sedona and Verde Valley area, I have
learned to listen to someone’s visions and desires and bring that to life. Along the way, I received
recognition's such as, a featured wedding in Martha Stewart Weddings, Philanthropist of the Year
through the Arizona Community Foundation, and Woman of the Year from Mayor Diane Joens. What I
realized that these seemingly different careers all had in common, was that I was able to help someone
walk into their next journey in life. That's when I decided to leap into real estate full time, where I would
be able to help others through one of the most complicated and exciting transitions of either buying or
selling a home!
 
Let's just say I never do anything small, so since starting full time in 2020, I also took the opportunity to
purchase a few homes in need of some serious love. I once again acted as general contractor, facilitated
extensive remodels, made endless decisions regarding design, decor, and weighing the cost of each of
those decisions. In the end, I left it better than I found it. What does this mean for you? It means that I
know there are plenty of realtors that can help you buy or sell a home. However, my experience
